Machining

Cnc Machining

We create a design or shape or we can use your design on our in house Cad/Cam system to cut any material on our routers. Using this method creates accuracy and high quality finishing to all materials. The materials we CNC cut more often are Plastic, Wood, Aluminium, Dibond, Foam and Foamex. We can also CNC on your site using our mobile CNC Shaper system.

Fabrication

Line Bending

Using our state of the art Line bending equipment we can Fabricate materials into a finished product. Line bending equipment heats up material along a straight line to ensure easy bending of materials in an accurate manner.

Drape Forming

Our annealing oven is used to heat up and take stress out of the plastic sheets to enable a clearer fabricated product. It also heats up the sheets in order for our press into a formed shape with the ue of moulds.

Laser Cnc

Similar to our CNC Routers but used for engraving and cutting on smaller objects of most material types.

We are pleased to now offer a recycling service on all our products. Any products purchased from us that are no longer required can be sent back to our site before being passed onto a recycling partner.

Recycling partners will dismantle unwanted items and reprocess them into granules, ready to go back into industry.
